George Ure is trying to retire from writing. So he created another website! Only this time, I had the good sense to give it away. You’ll hear from Mike, who is the HMFIC in a subsequent post.
The idea behind this site is simple: There is a new road to longevity and it’s through blood tests, DNA testing, and then eating (and living) like our bodies were designed to do.
Mike’s strong background in medicine and engineering will become evident over time. But his engineering orientation is where the “process discussions” will come from. These are the Big Picture of the Steps to get into Genetic Cuisine, of course. Blood type, DNA test, regional eating habits of recent aniquity, and all that.
Then we all need to share – measure, report, and discussion – that’s where we’re heading in coming months.
For now, this is just a small twig on the Big Tree of Future. But, common sense and environmental concerns argue that over time, this site – and eating in concert with our genes – could become a real make-it or break-it for people.
